Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Candidate)

 Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals while maintaining necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
  • Participate in case consultations, supervision, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing and accreditation bodies.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC-MH, or equivalent (dependent on state regulations). OR Ability to administer services under supervision/candidacy. 
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT. (preferred) 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Counseling Intern (Masters)

Job Summary: 

The ideal candidate will be a masters level counseling student seeking an internship placement for graduate school. 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in an appropriate counseling program. (ex. Social Work, Counseling Practice, Alcohol and Drug Counseling, etc.) 

Behavioral Support Intern (Bachelors)

Job Summary: 

The ideal candidate will be a bachelors level social service/psychology student seeking an internship placement for their undergraduate education. 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in an appropriate social service/psychology program. (ex. Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.)
